CARREFOUR
Food retail
25 concepts + a 3-year roadmap

How does Carrefour become the brand that helps people eat better?

The challenge

Carrefour needed to go beyond its “Act for Food” communication and transform its commercial operations to support customers through the food transition and genuinely help them eat better. Our mission: build a strategic roadmap grounded in a deep understanding of eating behaviours.

Our approach
01

Social science insights

Synthesis of 130+ academic publications and ethnographic studies on eating behaviours. Identification of the fundamental behavioural dilemmas that stop consumers from eating better.

02

Strategic design

International collaborative workshops on 6 priority dilemmas. Delivery of a portfolio of 25 validated concepts.

03

Roadmap

A trajectory in “seasons”, each tackling a key dilemma. A 3-year commercial roadmap.

EDF
Energy · Consumer app
Product vision validated by users

How do you turn EDF & Moi into a true companion for managing your budget?

The challenge

EDF wanted to transform an app seen as a simple, often stressful, bill-tracking tool into a true companion for managing budgets and the energy transition. The problem: energy is abstract and invisible, and users don’t know how to act on it.

Our approach
01

Social sciences

Ethnographic and sociological study of how people really relate to their energy budget. Key insight: to restore purchasing power, you have to support a change of ecosystem, not just ask people to turn the heating down.

02

An embodied vision

A narrative prototype following a typical user’s journey, from anxiety over the bill to gradually taking control of their budget.

03

User testing

The vision was put to real users. Outcome: a resounding endorsement and a solid basis for prioritising upcoming development.

EDF
Internal communications
AI charter + 800 communicators trained

How do you unlock AI use and give EDF’s communicators superpowers?

The challenge

Generative AI offers superpowers that have to be mastered with a balanced, ethical and responsible approach. How do you define a framework that enables responsible and effective use of AI across EDF’s communications function?

Our approach
01

Internal survey & benchmark

Analysis of existing practices, review of frameworks set up by other large groups, identification of the levers and barriers to responsible adoption.

02

Co-creating the charter

Introductory seminar for 80 communicators. Drafting of a usage charter tailored to EDF’s specific needs: ethics, compliance, reputation, security.

03

Practical guides

10 sheets illustrating approved uses in real contexts (writing posts, organising events, brainstorming…).

04

Activation

Internal roll-out workshops for the 800 communicators, a dedicated Teams channel, editable resources updated over time.

JUVISE
Health / Pharma
5 operational use cases in 6 weeks

How do you embed AI in communications and medical sales practices?

The challenge

Juvise’s teams were spending precious time on repetitive tasks: LinkedIn posts, medical rep scripts, agency briefs, objection handling. AI can help. But it has to be embedded in a concrete way that people will actually adopt.

Our approach
01

Identifying use cases

5 immediate, high-impact cases: social media posts, brainstorming and communication briefs, review checklists, medical rep scripts, objection-handling guide.

02

Production cycle per case

Generating 5 to 10 candidate prompts, testing them on real past cases, comparing them with human deliverables, selecting by elimination, refining iteratively.

03

Formalisation

A shareable prompt library with a user guide (sample inputs/outputs). Agile approach: 2-week sprints, billable individually.
